Idk if this helps you, but I use this trick to sleep less and get more tonus.. 1. Your sleep hours must be dividable by three, plus/minus 10 minutes. GOOD: 3/6/9/12 hours of sleep. BAD: 1/5/7/10 hours.. 2. (there must be a cool diagram but damn I can't find an image on my PC). Your sleep between 7 PM and 9 PM equals your sleep between 0 AM and 9 AM.
